Preheat oven to 180 C Grease with butter and line with parchment paper a form of removable bottom with about 20 cm in diameter. Crush the biscuits and sugar in a cloth with a rolling pin or using a food processor until it is finely mono & diglycerides ground. Add the butter and mix well. Place the wafer on the base and sides of the form and press with the help of the back of a spoon, until it is a uniform layer. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Refrigerate.
In a bowl, beat the peanut butter with the sugar, cream and the cream cheese until it is a homogeneous preparation. Place the base of the cream pie and cool for about at least 1 hour before unmolding. Peel and cut the banana into slices and sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice. Place the bananas on the pie.
Because I'm really jealous! And as to envy is ugly, I will go to another mortal sin that I identify more gluttony ... and try to make this cheesecake as soon as possible. Leonor, not knowing all of the peanut butter, I opted for the crispy, it was very interesting because the brand I bought has very generous chunks. All those little bits liked to bite through. I was thinking about putting mono & diglycerides black chocolate into pieces the base evil out of the oven and then take the chill - using the idea of your cherry pie and chocolate.
