Recipe shortbread and almond | :: the best dessert recipes leonor de sousa bastos | flagrant delight ::
Beat butter with sugar. Mix the flour and the ground almonds and stir until smooth. Cooling the dough for 30 minutes, wrapped in cling film. Preheat oven to 180 C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Form 24 balls of dough and press lightly with a fork. Placing the balls of dough in spacing them about 2 to 3 cm tray. (If the dough is too soft, refrigerate again until hard). Bake for about 15 minutes. Remove del monte fruit cups from oven and let cool slightly in the tray.

I love shortbread and these seem to be perfect since it also lead almonds! The detail of the fork reminds me some orange scones (scones, name given to the homemade biscuits Madeira) I ate in my childhood. Another recipe for Christmas ...

Almond is even ground granulated ... is too big! As I usually grind the almonds in the house do the intermediate size between the ground and granulated ... almond freshly ground gets wet and is better for the cakes! After all, between the ground and the grainy buy the ground!
