Recently, I, along with several other bloggers, received a promotional package of the company Somboled. In the packet was a new product Président young cream, one beautiful planks, mixing spoon and a dishtowel with their logo. In an accompanying pisamcetu we asked to be their tasters, try a new product and then speak up impressions. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised, and what were the impressions can be found at the end of fasting. :) Homemade bread & Young cream
I was thinking what I could do for the test and the first thing I thought of pita bread with cream cheese - you know those fine Užice pita that section in half, brushed cream (and still down and egg) and then it all nicely browned in the oven. ;)
But how exactly baked homemade bread, I decided to leave my flat breads for a second time, and the test is served hot sliced bread - and the young cream scoop from above. I really do not need anything else, and everything is so fine raaaastopi .... (I have to leave a little bit to try and chef, although I am strongly tempted :))
Ingredients: 600 g flour, 25 g of fresh yeast, 1 teaspoon salt, 200 g cream, 200 g butter, 1 egg, about 3 dl milk, a little sesame monte white seeds for sprinkling Preparation: Stir the yeast in half a cup of warm milk with a teaspoon of sugar and salt. Allow to warm until you meet the cup. Mix the flour, salt, yeast prepared, add one egg yolk, butter and cream. Knead medium soft dough with lukewarm milk and let rest 10 minutes.
Develop monte white dough, not too thin, to be about 1 cm thick. This is an old family monte white recipe that is, with minor modifications, often made in our house. Impressions: since I tried a new Président young cream, to share with you my impressions. Frankly, I was a little bit skpetična when I opened the box because I thought it was very difficult to replace real homemade cream.
