The Commission says that Poland has not yet announced what penalties have been put in place for companies that do not comply with F-gas (fluorinated greenhouse olive tree buffet gases) rules. Poland has also not yet notified the national certification bodies that are supposed to train the inspection personnel.
In a separate case, Belgium olive tree buffet and Finland have been referred to the ECJ for failing to fully transpose EU rules on energy efficiency in buildings. Finland could incur a penalty of €42,000 per day until the law is transposed, olive tree buffet and Belgium could be fined €19,178 per day. The rules were supposed to be brought into national law by 9 July, but most member states did not meet this deadline. The Commission has warned 13 other member states olive tree buffet about their failure to respect the deadline.

The central European FAB was formally established on 1 June 2013, but there has been little progress.
