Secondly I do not think it's quantity to 2 loaf pan so I baked it in a circular pattern. But I must say that in all this was tempted and I wanted to taste what because Napa was very delicious. It sounds very strange. I think your stove is not a good heat sink. You use a toaster oven? Most of the people who prepared the cake exactly as the recipe said out excellent (including me :) So it's not good or dispersion of heat in the oven, or you changed something in a recipe? In any case it is a little wet inside, this cake is wet, but after two hours baking food preserves if it is still wet it is definitely a problem in the oven. Eraser

Thanks :) Linen replaces the egg, it stabilizes the mixture, not the world. I recommend also buy flax and grind every time a small amount and add to smoothies, salads, etc., is very healthy. Anyway about the cake - you can use applesauce instead of linen, about 3/4 cup, but little influence on apple taste, then you might consider :) Delete
