Studies, work, assignments, exams, these are my keywords recent weeks. Studies are pushing drying food preservation me, working me consuming precious hours, do this annoying thing, and for all those ominous gray shade on the period and the Furious tests going to be the worst thing in the coming months. Result of lack of time, I find myself writing posts and articles at night, and those written cakes and pastries are very easy to prepare. Yes, my life is over, at least until mid-February. All enjoyable thing I want to do get sad rejection two months ahead.
This period stressed, not only for me but for many students out there every university in the country (someone told plight of many small comfort, I happen to believe many troubles consolation of fools - I was not comforting to know that there are many like me). We all have a job, and everyone threatens exams proximity drying food preservation leaps and bounds. And still. Need to eat something, do not they? Speaking of eating, so what - not some pie dessert or something sweet? Of course the easiest refuge is the land of cakes stir, prepared in minutes and bake, or to the land of sweet squares are easy to make and delicious to eat much more.
Kelly is not missing sweet preparation, such that even the most nervous student can put into his life if he wants to. So dear students, this coming posts dedicated to us! On this occasion I want to wish success to the endless tests we are blessed (?) As well as tedious tasks (and those not) and finishing works.
Next month will be characterized by light recipes especially those that can prepare everything the home, without the arduous journeys specialty markets and specialty stores. All you need is just a bowl mixer (less than one hundred dollars you can find something perfectly reasonable), and goodwill.
The first recipe in this series is a coffee drying food preservation cake, coconut and chocolate drying food preservation quick and easy. The original recipe is by Eran Shwartzbard, and it is coffee and chocolate cake prepared drying food preservation by one of the food channel programs. Eran's the version I tried twice and (surprisingly) not particularly excited. So I decided to develop her my version, done in a different way, and also contains coconut. I'm not sure about the level of health of the cake, which since - is very quick, easy and delicious. Just right next to a cup of coffee during a break between the paper article.
Chocolate mixture: 50 g dark chocolate dissolved in a teaspoon of instant coffee powder 60 ml ( cup) milk Preparation: Preheat oven to 170 degrees and grease loaf pan. In a large bowl place together sugar, oil, eggs, protein and salt, and beat with Whisk manually until the mixture is uniform. Sift in the flour and baking powder, add the coffee and coconut and continue drying food preservation to scramble just until the mixture begins to come together., add the chopped chocolate and stir until it is uniformly distributed throughout the mixture. separate bowl, mix melted chocolate, coffee and milk blended. Transfer third of the cake mixture into the chocolate mixture and mix well. Pour the cake mixture into the mold, and increase the chocolate mixture. using a knife or toothpick like that long form. bake the cake 30-40 minutes, until a toothpick stuck in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Comments insights and additions to the yolk leaves you pie will take to prepare some shortbread biscuits and ease of preparation. The cake is kept in a sealed box at room temperature drying food preservation up to four days. The cake can be frozen up to a month. If you do not like coconut or nuts can substitute ground almonds (as the original recipe). Personally I really like the taste of olive oil cakes, except for a very specific cake, so use vegetable oil (canola can be, soybean, sunflower - what is at home). If you like to taste more chocolaty drying food preservation recommended to add chopped chocolate mixture.
I want to speak out - for this recipe should also gauge weight that the pupils not at home and do not have time to go to Domo buy ... people also requires measurements of the volume of recipes coming! Sincerely, - the people's movement metric system
You're right, immediately adds volume amounts

Stondnt's drying food preservation mother also allowed to make? That even though there is a very stressful exams always really, really love recipes of cakes and light dishes. This cake, for example, be tested by the end of this week, and I promise, part of it will pack up and send private students. By the way, you two disposable loaf molds instead of one big?
Clearly permissible and even recommended! About baking drying food preservation two small loaf molds - I think the cake is too low will these two. What is true, you can multiply the amount by 1.5, and I believe it will be enough for two loaf pan disposable.
Increasing amounts from 1.5: 300 g brown sugar (a quarter cup) vegetable oil 180 ml (3/4 cup) 3 eggs 2 egg whites drying food preservation pinch of salt 150 g white flour (heaping cup) half teaspoon baking powder teaspoon instant coffee powder 120 g coconut (cup + 2 tablespoons) 80 g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
Good Luck! Natalie

Lovely site and has yet tried the recipes but they look excellent one at - thanks! Question, according to version 1.5 of the recipe using two proteins. Do you think the world will end if I use 2 egg whites instead of whole egg? I know myself (Mom to 5 including infancy and working full time), so I'm not tempted to make both cookies on the way and proteins lie untouched in the fridge a week and at the end Ioseblo a shame ..). Success in exams!
